On this page you can check out one of Bob's hobbies.  Home Automation.  Using "X-10"compenets, he is trying to automate every thing electrical.  Don't think that'll ever happen, but that is the goal.  If you'd like to help him in his project, go to his Wish List page and see what pieces he like to have.  If you'd like to get more information on what X-10 is all about, got to SmartHome's site, or maybe even the Homeseer site.

Here is what we have so far:

    Transceiver Mod. (TM751) - Recieves X10 signal.
    Firecracker Mod (CM17A) - Send X10 signal from Computer.
    MiniController - (4030) - Sits on Bob's night Stand.
    Handheld remote - (4001X) - Floats around the house.
    Wall Switch (WS467) - Controls the Master bedroom light.
    Wall Switch (WS467) - Controls the lights over the sink in the Masterbed room.
    Wall Switch (WS467) - Controls the lights in the Master Bathroom.
    Wall Switch (WS467) - Controls the lights on the front porch.
    Appliance Mod. (AM486) - Controls the halogen lamp on Denise's dresser.
    Lamp Mod. (LM465) - Controls the light on the Computer Desk.
    Lamp Mod. (LM465) - Controls the Christmas tree lights.

We are running an evaluation version of Homeseer.  If we decide to purchase the software, we'll be putting up a link that you'll be able to use, and see the status of the house from here.  Don't know yet if we'll be doing that.
